Bourbon Sauce
This Barbecue sauce works great on steaks and chops.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup steak sauce
1/4 cup bourbon
Dash of hot sauce or to taste
Juice of one lemon
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Place over chops or steaks.
